Launched at The 2018 NAMM Show, the Bourgeois OM Large Sound Hole Brazilian Limited Edition Guitar. An ode to the classic small body vintage acoustic instruments of the past, this guitar is an incredibly versatile tool for bringing a classic tone to all styles of music. With the ultimate wood combo: Aged Tone Adirondack over Brazilian Rosewood, this baby delivers the goods!
Dana built the first "Large Soundhole" Bourgeois dreadnought back in 2014 as a tribute to one of his heroes. We were immediately impressed with the tonal flavor it lent our standard design. This begged the obvious question; What would a Large Soundhole on our OM sound like? The answer is that it becomes the perfect OM for the Dreadnought player, and can be evidenced by playing this wonderful example. This guitar features a torrefied Adirondack Spruce top, Master Grade Brazilian Rosewood back and sides, Aged Tone finish, and many other specs previously associated with "holy grail" dreads. With this model, we've added relic tuners and a logo-less headstock to complete the look. The guitar pictured here features a Brazilian Rosewood upgrade
