The Taylor Legacy
Hello friends and welcome back to our resumed Taylor Tuesday Blog series. We took a little break for NAMM 2018, but now we are back in the saddle and ready to keep talking about the incredible guitars from Taylor Guitars. These guitars have a legendary reputation, and as I walked through the NAMM show and was speaking to top people in the industry, I began more and more to appreciate what the Taylor name really means in the industry. What is The Taylor Legacy?
Through various conversations with luthiers, artists, and retailers, the one thing everyone seemed to agree on was that Taylor has a level of quality control and commitment to excellence that makes it a force to be reckoned with in the guitar world. They just don’t put out a bad guitar. Period. That is how you know that no matter which Taylor you buy, every dollar you spend is going bringing a return of absolute quality. I really like how one guitar builder put it at NAMM when he said, “One thing about Taylor that stands out is that their bell curve for quality is extremely small, and at a very high level. I have never really picked up a Taylor and felt like I was picking up a dud.”
We here at Heartbreaker fully embrace that and it is why we Fell in Love with these instruments. We don’t sell anything here that we don’t full believe in, and we believe in Taylor Guitars because they are all amazing, innovative, and high-quality instruments. Every Taylor model brings something different to the table, but they all bring it with the assurance that the instrument will be 100% quality. That truly is The Taylor Legacy, and it is one that we proudly endorse here at Heartbreaker Guitars!
