McPherson Carbon Series: Introducing the Blackout Edition Sable

In just a matter of days, the first new models of McPherson’s Carbon Fiber Sable guitars will arrive, some donning the new Blackout Edition upgrades.  McPherson is known not only for their superb craftsmanship and innovative design, but also their industry leading Carbon Series line of guitars.  Take a look at these sleek, new, black elements they've incorporated into this beautiful ebony design.

As you can see, the Blackout Edition keeps the Sable's traditional shape and dimensions.  The new look will have no effect on the tone they're know for, not only with their Carbon Series, but across their entire inventory.  

The aesthetic changes begin with the fretboard.  Replacing the reflective fret markers is a single double swoop, reminiscent of both the McPherson logo signature as well as the traced top edge of the Sable's body.  Further up the neck you'll see the tuners are now a deep, glossy, jet black.  The finishing touch is the McPherson logo emblem you'll find on the headstock of every Sable, now with a rich black on black appearance.
