    How do I know im getting exactly what I ordered?

    Heartbreaker Guitars only posts the exact guitar(s) that are for sale. We do not use "stock" photos.  The images that you view in the products pages are serial number specific guitars that are viewed in the high res images you see on our site.  

    How do I know im dealing with a reputable company?

    Heartbreaker Guitars has been in business over 10 years.  We have an "A+" rating with the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau and we have a "4.9" rating on our google reviews as well as Yelp.  We love what we do here at HBG and you'll see when you deal with us!  Please call us so you can find out who you are buying from.

    How do I know my guitar is going to show up as described?

    Frequently our high res images cant truly express the beauty of these guitars!  So in most cases, our customers are blown away when they see their brand new guitar in the flesh. 

    Is my guitar going to need a set up when it arrives?

    NO!  All guitars that leave the shop get a full, pro set up from our Ace Guitar Tech, Rod.  We do a 30 point inspection, as well as change the strings, set the intonation, condition the fretboard and the bridge and make sure your guitar plays perfect before it heads out to you.

    What if something is wrong with my guitar when it arrives, or it is damaged?

    Don't worry!  You're covered.  All shipments are fully insured.  If the guitar is damaged upon delivery, the liability is NOT with you!  We will be sure to get you your money back ASAP.  

    How do I know my guitar isn't gonna have a bunch of "shop wear" all over it?  Dings, scratches, blemishes?

    Heartbreaker Guitars is an appointment only shop thereby allowing us to monitor every guitar whenever it is played or touched.   After a guitar is played, we wipe it down and carefully put it back in its case.  Our guitars tend to be in truly brand new condition as opposed to some shops where you are bound to have some wear and tear on the guitars.

    What if I want to return my guitar?

    No problem!  Let us know of the return within 3 days of receipt and we'll refund your money no problem.  Provided the guitar is shipped back immediately free of any damage and is in the same brand new condition it was shipped in, we provide a full and immediate refund.
