Drawing on Dana’s near half-century of lutherie experience, the Touchstone Series is designed to deliver legendary Bourgeois tone and build quality to a wider range of players than ever before. The Touchstone Series guitars feature old growth Alaskan Sitka Spruce tops and Adirondack Spruce braces, selected and hand-voiced in Lewiston, Maine by Dana Bourgeois and his team. The back and sides are made with carefully selected Indian Rosewood and are assembled by a small group of Eastman’s talented luthiers, each one carefully trained in Dana Bourgeois’ time honored building techniques. Each specialized step is performed by hand to bring out the beauty and tonal complexity of this Dreadnought.
Further complimented by the inclusion of Adirondack bracing, Schaller Grand Tune Nickel tuners, and a high gloss finish, this guitar is an undeniable beauty.
