All new guitars have a full manufacturer warranty. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply call Heartbreaker Guitars to let us know you will be returning the guitar. As long as you let us know within 2 days of receipt of the guitar, we will accept your return for a full refund. The instrument must be returned in its original brand new condition. Cost of shipping (both ways) is paid for by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any return should the instrument be damaged. International shipments, in person purchases and Special Orders are not returnable. Guitars that are modified with pick ups and/or electronics are not returnable. With all that said, we understand it takes a lot of faith to purchase a guitar on line. So we try to make the “return experience” just as good as the purchasing experience.
Since we are not a traditional retail guitar store (we are a show room available by appt. only), our instruments tend to be in much better “new” shape than your everyday guitar shop. The reason: Our guitars are babied from the moment they arrive. We check the tuning / set up, make the adjustments and then back in the case they go. Therefore you don’t have to worry about any “dings” or blemishes due to some 13 year old kid bangin away on our guitars! Once the guitars are purchased they are set up by our Ace repair tech, Teresa, and off they go… brand spankin’ new!
