The Furch Indigo Series guitars are first-class, semi-solid instruments that take full advantage of the balanced acoustic potential of the solid cedar soundboard. Its sound is highlighted by a proprietary voicing process. The back and sides of each guitar are layered mahogany. The back is arched, and thanks to this, no additional internal reinforcement is needed. This design has a positive effect on the guitar’s resonance and translates into a strong and dynamic sound. The body of the instrument is coated with an open pore finish which enhances the natural sound and appearance of the high-quality materials used.
With the Indigo models, the soundboard is coated with Furch’s proprietary Full-Pore High-Gloss Finish, which further increases resonance. The natural beauty of the guitar is enhanced by the black walnut rosette, which in the case of the Indigo Deluxe model is further complemented by other exclusive decorative elements, typical of the highest classes of Furch instruments. Aesthetically, the Deluxe model features an Indian Rosewood binding, as well as a solid Indian rosewood Rosette, and a White Pearl fingerboard front inlay.
