This is it! The Murphy Labs Gibson Mike Ness Signature Guitar. Legendary artist Mike Ness has been around for decades and redefined songwriting in the Punk genre going all the way back to the 1980’s. This guitar, which is owned by the owner of Heartbreaker Guitars has been played less than 10 times and is essentially brand new. All the materials and case candy are present. 

Mike Ness is a producer and musician and the lead guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter for the legendary punk band and rock ’n’ roll icons Social Distortion. A self-described "Gibson guy," his favorite electric guitar is a modified 1976 Les Paul™ Deluxe Goldtop, which served as the basis for this Gibson Custom Shop Artist Model. It comes equipped with a three-piece maple neck, a 2-piece plain maple top, and a mahogany/maple/mahogany back. The stock mini humbuckers have been replaced by P-90's, which Mike prefers. The Goldtop finish has been expertly aged by the artisans of the Murphy Lab to match Mike's original, and it even includes the Orange County, Clay Smith Cams Mr. Horsepower®, and "I Voted" stickers.
