Heartbreaker Guitars takes customer privacy very seriously.  Here we will outline some of the policies as pertaining to security and privacy.

• We do not share Customer Information with a Third Party

• Heartbreaker Guitars has fraud detection security in place 24/7. 

Heartbreaker Guitars is fully insured.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cashiers Check, Bitcoin, Affirm Financing and most other major credit cards.  Payments can be made in person at our show room or securely through our website, heartbreakerguitars.com.  Personal checks can be accepted but there shall be a 7 day waiting period for shipment.  Wires are also accepted.  Please contact us for wire and bank information.  

Shipping:

Heartbreaker Guitars has been shipping guitars world wide for 8 years.  Every package that leaves our store is 100% insured.  All deliveries will require a personal signature.  If a person is not there to accept package upon delivery it shall be withheld with UPS/Fedex/USPS until customer is present.  All guitars are professional packaged with the utmost care.  New boxes are fully insulated with double layer cardboard, bubble wrap and foam padding.
