Using the singlecut Statesboro as a template, H&D completely redesigned the body with a comfort carved body relief on the back and moving to a two volume, one master tone and a 3-way switch configuration on the lower control panel. True to form, Huss and Dalton has once again looked to Lindy Fralin to provide the guitar with an excellent pair of Hum-Cancelling Soapbar P90s. As with every Fralin pickup, they can also be customized with over or under wound options to satisfy everyone’s tonal needs.
Everything from the top of the peghead down was refined over multiple prototype builds and small changes until they landed on the optimal, great sounding, and lightweight comfortable guitar.
