A Little Bit About Bogner...

Bogner was founded in 1989, so have been making amps for nearly 30 years now, and originally started in Los Angeles, CA when German amp builder Reindhold Bogner wanted to hit the burgeoning market for high gain amps in a world ruled by the Mesa Boogie. He took his basic model from the old Fender Showmans, down to using the face and original chassis of the Showman. He wanted to take that Fender tone, and walk it as close to the line towards a Marshal as he could get without stepping over. The original idea was supposed to be a one off custom job, but this new tone he had just created was an instant success, and birthed a whole new line of amps, that has now morphed into one of the most respected names in the amp business.
